Pepper Chicken Fry

PEPPER CHICKEN FRY(DRY) This is a dry chicken item. It tastes so yummy, that even before serving, it will be all gone from the skillet itself  . All vegetarians - - - - don't get upset. You can try this recipe with potato, raw banana ,bitter gourd or egg plant. I have used chicken thighs. You can use breast pieces as well. Ingredients 1 : chicken thighs - 3 nos. Salt - as required Turmeric- as reqd. Ingredients 2 : Onion - 1 large chopped Tomato - 1 large chopped Garlic - 4 to 5 chopped Onion- 1 small finely chopped(separately) Curry leaves - few leaves Coriander leaves(cilantro) -  few black peppercorns - 6 to 8 Dhania Powder - 1 tbsp Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - to taste 1. Chicken Biryani Simple

CHICKEN BIRYANI SIMPLE This is an easy to make chicken biryani. Especially, this recipe does'nt use coconut milk, thus avoiding more calories. I have not used mint leaves in this recipe . I have used chicken thighs. You can use thighs or breast pieces. Ingredients 1 : Chicken thighs - 4   Curds(Yogurt)- 1/2 cup Salt to taste Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp Dhania Powder - 2 tbsp Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp Ingredients 2 : Onion - 1 large Tomato - 1 large Ginger - 1/2 inch piece sliced Garlic - 4 pods sliced Curry Leaves - 1 stick Ingredients 3 : Cinnamon bark - 1 inch piece Cloves - 3 nos. Chettinaattu Kozhi kuzhambu(chicken kuzhambu)

செட்டிநாட்டு கோழிக் குழம்பு This is a very simple chicken kuzhambu, which I learnt from my fa ther and my grandmother.  This includes easily availab le ingredients. It also doesn't contains coconut in the recipe. I have used chicken thighs (legs) for this recipe. But, yo u can use chicken breasts with bones, or whichever you like.  Al ways choose skinless chicken pieces, as far as possible. The skin contains fat. So, it is b etter to avoid the skin .  This kuzhambu goes well as a side dish with idli, d osa, chapathi, idiyappam,parota,and also with white rice.   OK...........
