You will need: Whole Milk - 1.75 litres Sugar / Jaggery - 1 1/2 cups (I used jaggery for this recipe) Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp Ghee - 1 tsp Lemon juice - 2 tbsp or less In a heavy bottomed pan, pour the milk and let it come to a boil, stirring ocassionally. Now add 1 tbsp of  lemon juice and keep stirring, You will see that the milk has started to curdle. If the milk didn't curdle, then add  little more of the lemon juice.
