Green Dosai / Coriander leaves Crepes

This Green Dosai is a very easy, handy and yummy dish for breakfast, evening tiffin or dinner. If you do not have dosa batter at home and still want to have dosa , this is the perfect one to be prepared. Ingredients you need : 1/2 cup - Raw Rice 1/2 cup - Toor Dal 1/2 cup - Coriander Leaves (cleaned , washed and chopped) Ginger - 1 inch piece chopped Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Coconut - 2 tbsp (optional) Green chillies - 2 / 3 as per your taste Salt as per taste Tempering ( Optional) 1 tsp - oil 1/2 - tsp mustard seeds 1/4 tsp - asafoetida few curry leaves Method of Preparation: 1. Soak Raw Rice and Toor Dal together for atleast 2 hours. 2. In a grinder/ mixer, put the soaked rice, dal, and all other ingredients together and grind into a     dosa batter consistency.    The batter will look like this 3.
