This is a Chettinaad secret powder which can be used for all the gravies and dry curries.
There are four ingredients used for this recipe.
Peanuts - 1 cup
Channa Dal - 1/2 cup
Urad Dal - 1/4 cup
1. Dry fry each ingredient separately , keep aside.
2. Grind all the fried ingredients with 2 green chillies.
3. Store in an air tight container in fridge.
You can sprinkle this powder for chicken gravy, dry vegetable curries , vegetable gravies, etc....
