Ribbon Pakoda

For this Diwali season, I made Ribbon Pakoda. I just love the crispiness and taste!

You will need :

Rice Flour - 1 cup
Besan - 1/4 cup
Butter - 1 tbsp at room temperature
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Hing/Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Water - little more than 1/2 cup

1. Mix all the  dry ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Now sprinkle water and make a dough.

3. Now fill the dough in the presser, attach the ribbon pakoda maker
   and deep fry in hot oil until it turns golden colour.
