Wheat Bread Jamun

Are you feeling bored at home and are you a sweet lover??? Then here  comes a simple and easy to make sweet dish. You need not go to the store for the ingredients.... We are going to see how to make yummy and healthy wheat bread jamun at home. The reason why i chose wheat bread is that , now-a-days many people have switched to wheat bread from white maida bread so, we might have it at all times at home.  The ingredients we need are very commonly available at home. Wheat bread - 4 slices , cut off the crust and corners little water  Sugar - 1 cup  water - 1 cup for making sugar syrup food colour - orange (kesari colour) cardamom - 2 Method : 1. Cut the corners of the bread slices. 2. Dip the bread slices in a little water(use a shallow bowl) and take out immediately. 3. Squeeze out as much water as you can. 4. Simple and Quick Fish Gravy -

This is a simple and easy to make gravy. you can use any fish you like. Even bachelors can give this dish a try ! The ingredients you need are : Fish - Tilapia slices of 4 fish, cut into required size cubes Onion - 1 cup cubed Tomato - 1 cup cubed Garlic - 10 cloves Saunf (Fennel Seeds) - 1 tbsp Cooking oil - 1 tbsp Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder- 1 tsp Salt - as per taste Preparation Method -  1. Wash the fish pieces well and marinate with salt and turmeric powder. 2. In a mixie / blender add onion, tomato, garlic, saunf and grind it into a paste. 3. In a thick bottomed pan, or non-stick pan heat 1 tbsp oil  and pour the ground paste. 4. Cover the pan to avoid splatterring, and allow the paste to boil till the smell goes. 5. Then, add the chilli powder, required salt and turmeric powder and saute. 6. Now, add the fish pieces and cover the pan. 7. After 10 minutes, the fish is done.  8. Finger Fish Fries

These finger fish fries will be yummy and kids' favourite. All you need is any boneless fish and a very few ingredients Tilapia - 10 pieces cut into finger size  (you can also use any fish which doesnt have a lot of bones) Salt, as per taste Chilli powder - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Maize flour - 2 tbsp (you can also substitute with corn flour) Besan (Channa Dal Powder) - 3 tbsp lemon juice - squeezed out of half lemon little water - 2 to 3 tbsp oil to fry Now lets fry the fish fingers 1. Take a large plate and  put the salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, maize flour and water and mix well. The consistency should be thick. 2. Put all the fish pieces on the mixed masala and mix the ingredients well with the fish. All the fish pieces should be evenly coated with the masala. 3. Now, pour the lemon juice and mix.
