This is a chettinaad special kuzhambu and also my maternal grandmother's recipe which is my favourite. This is an easy to make recipe and also very yummy. It is a good combination with idli, dosa and cooked plain white rice. Ingredients needed : Macroni (elbow shaped pasta) - 1 cup Onion - 1 large chopped Tomato - 1 large chopped Garlic - 10 pieces Tamarind - 1 lemon size Dhania Powder - 3 tbsp Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp Salt - as per taste For Seasoning : Mustard, Methi Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Asafoetida, Chana Dal - 1/2 tsp and Curry leaves. How to prepare : 1. In a pot , put the pasta , water, little salt and 1 tsp olive oil and cook , then drain the excess water. 2. In a wok, heat 2 tbsp cooking oil, and add all the items for seasoning. 3. Add the chopped onion and garlic and saute. 4. Now add the chopped tomato and saute. 5.
