Kambu Maavurundai / Bajra Flour Laddoo / Pearl Millet Flour candy balls
Here is another recipe for this festive season...
Ingredients required:
Kambu Maavu - 1/2 cup
Naattu sarkarai {Light Brown Sugar} - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Warm Ghee - 3 tbsp
Cashew nuts - 3 or 4 broken into pieces and fried in ghee
Heat 1/4 tsp ghee in a pan and roast the pearl millet flour for 2 minutes. Keep the flame in sim and add the brown sugar and cardamom powder and mix well. Now add the ghee and nuts and mix well. Switch off the stove. Transfer the contents to a bowl and leave for 2 minutes.
When the mixture has cooled down a little bit, take little mixture in your hands and make balls.
