Hi all, Today, I am going to share my recipe for a soft and silky smooth Mysore Pak. Ingredients needed: Gram Flour / Kadalai Maavu / Besan - 1/2 cup (sifted) Sugar - 1 cup Whole Milk - 1/2 cup Oil - 1/2 cup ( I used Canola oil, but you can use any oil, which doesn't have a strong flavor or aroma by itself. For example, do not use Sesame Oil, Coconut oil, Mustards Oil, Groundnut Oil, etc) Clarified Butter / Nei / Ghee - 1/4 cup ( it should not be melted, it should be at room temperature. If it is in a liquid state, keep in the refridgerator for 15 mintues and whisk it a little before using in the recipe.) Please follow the steps exactly to obtain best results. Use a thick bottomed and wide mouth pan. In the pan, add the following ingredients one by one. Please note!! I have not asked you to switch on the stove yet!
