Ingredients needed : Urad Dal - 1 cup Rice Flour - 1 to 2 tbsp Kesar Colour - few drops Sugar - 2 cups Water - 1 cup Oil - for frying Ziploc Bag for piping the batter - 1 Method of Preparation : First , soak the Urad Dal in water for 1 hour in water. Drain the water and grind it into a smooth paste by adding water little by little. I made this batter in a wet grinder . The consistency of the batter is , if you take a little batter in your hand and drop it , it should fall like a string . * If the batter is too thick, it will be like vada batter and won't fall from the bag. * If it is too thin, the shape won't stay. In a pan, put the sugar and the water and make sugar syrup to one string consistency. When the  syrup is boiling, add a few drops of lime ju...
